任职要求:
1. 积累业务、产品、客户及新产品开发项目的知识;
Focus on knowledge built-up regarding business, products, customers and new product development
2. 学习并理解客户的技术要求并提供解决方案
To learn and understand customer’s (both distributors & individual farmers) technical requirement based on their process and recipes and offer standard products and solutions; Follow product performance data & customer requirements;
3. 和销售团队一起工作并学习,参与核心客户/经销商和核心农户拜访;注意并跟踪客户需求及产品绩效;
To work and learn hand in hand with Sales Team to customer meetings. Note and track customer needs. Assist internal team and customer to complete trials;
4. 和技术服务队伍密切沟通并且理解产品特点及养殖绩效的数据;为销售团队做内部培训;为新产品创新、开发做积极沟通;
To communicate closely with technical service team, to learn and gain training to understand product‘s specific characteristics and performance. Also download internal training at the sales team; Communicate effectively to request for new product / solution innovation and development
5. 配合销售团队准备样品给内部品控实验室作测试之用;进行小规模的对照试验,为客户做出可信的成品表现演示
Assist team to prepare samples for trials for internal quality lab. To carry out small scale lab trial with bench equipment in order to provide convincing finished product demonstrations for customers;
6. 收集客户文件材料(客户档案、产品数据、养殖数据、产品及应用的演示及销售材料等)
To arrange and provide customers documentations (customer files, product data sheets, farming performance data, trial results analysis, presentations on product + application introductions, promotion materials), in bilingual language
7. 收集分析竞争对手信息(产品数据、新产品、养殖数据等)及市场信息等
To gather & analyses competitors & markets, and provide documentations (product data sheets, new products etc. ) & market data

1. 水产养殖、食物技术、动物营养、食物工程、畜牧或相关专业取得大专学历/学力或学士学位;
Bachelor degree, major in Fishery, Food Technology, Animal Nutrition, Food Engineering, Husbandry or related discipline
2. 有上述专业硕士学位的优先考虑;
Preferred with a Master Degree in above major
3. 倾听、沟通技巧良好,善于解决问题;
Strong listening, communication skills and good in problem solving
4. 对食物相关的行业有热情;
Passionate about food-related industry
5. 有好奇心并且渴望学习;
Curious and eager to learn
6. 能适应多任务工作环境;
