Responsibilities职责

- Set up and implement related EH&S standards, regulations and policies to create safe, injury free working environment. 建立并实施相关的EH&S标准、程序和制度，为员工提供安全、健康的工作环境。

- Organize ES&H inspection regularly, take prevent action plan to eliminate potential and exist hazard and risk. 组织公司范围内的ES&H检查，发现潜在的和已经存在的事故征兆和健康危害，从而采取纠正和预防措施。

- Provide safety training to all employees and outside contractors. Enhance their EH&S sense and capability, especially for the capability of emergency handling. 为公司员工和外来人员提供安全培训。提高员工的安全意识和EH&S能力，尤其是在紧急情况下的处理事件能力。

- Ensure EH&S program is compliance with internal requirements. 确保EH&S体系符合公司要求。

- Develop a good emergency response plan to minimize the loss when emergency occurred. 做好紧急行动计划，以使紧急事件造成的损失降到最小。

- Conduct EH&S audit annually. 负责年度EHS审计。

- Ensure all incidents are reported and properly investigated. Analyze for root cause and make action plan to solve potential hazards. Share the results with other employees. 确保所有的安全事故都被上报并调查。分析事故原因并采取措施加以预防。向所有员工发布事故报告。

- Develop safety work plan and implement. 制定并完善安全计划。

- Track and routinely report HSE performance via KPI’s. 根据制定的KPI计划定期跟踪并完善。

- Develop good working relationships with government agencies. 同相应的政府部门建立良好的关系。

- Submit monthly report and communicate with other plant safety coordinators提交月度报告，与其他工厂安全员保持沟通。

- Maintain fire system in good condition 维护良好的公司火警系统。

Requirements要求

- Bachelor education or above, has special skill in safety and environmental protection management.本科学历或以上学历，在安全、环境预防管理方面有特长。

- Familiar with EHS program and relevant legal and audit. 熟悉环境、健康、安全计划，相关法律法规。

- At least has 5 years working experience in foreign owned manufactory company and EHS management/audit experience.5年以上外资企业工厂环境、健康、安全管理工作经验。

- Good command of English.英文良好
